Photo from earlier this year, taken by my friend when she came to visit Japan. When it’s winter, it doesn’t feel like it was ever summer! So I’m reminding myself by posting this picture XD
Lillian Gish reads in Romance of Happy Valley, 1919.
John Logan leaves his parents and sweetheart in bucolic Happy Valley to make his fortune in the city. Those he left behind become miserable and beleaguered in his absence, but after several years he returns, a wealthy man. juicyraspberries asked: how do you do that qt hairstyle with the two barids in a loop? do you just tuck the plaits under the base of themselves?
Hello! Thank you very much for your question. Basically I make two ponytails, braid them, loop the braids up and wrap the ends around the base of the ponytail. I use lots of pins to keep them in place.
Here’s a link to a video I made showing how to do this hairstyle:
Thank you Benito.
